Booking and Payment

All tarot reading bookings must be completed through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking.
If payment is made through e-check, please note that the turnaround time for your reading will begin only after the funds have cleared.
Prices are listed on the Services page, and any applicable taxes or fees will be included at checkout.
Your reading will be delivered within the timeframe mentioned in the product description section. It will be shared in .pdf format to the email address provided at the time of booking.
If the email address provided at the time of booking differs from the PayPal email address used for payment, the reading will be sent to both email addresses. However, should the PayPal email address send us an email confirming that they have authorised the payment, future readings and communications will be directed exclusively to the booking email address.
After your reading is shared, you may ask for one clarifying question related only to something mentioned in the reading within 24 hours. No new or additional questions will be answered, and no clarifications will be provided after 24 hours.

No refunds will be issued once a reading is booked. Please ensure that you are ready to proceed before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to issue a refund at any time if we feel it is necessary or appropriate.
If a client's question pertains to off-limit or excluded topics, we may choose to refund the payment and cancel the reading, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
If you fail to provide the mandatory information needed to complete your reading, your order will be cancelled. In such cases, a cancellation fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
In cases of technical issues during a reading, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will review the situation for potential resolution.

Your personal information is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing your reading. We do not share your information with third parties.
If you make public claims, accusations, or initiate a dispute against me, I reserve the right to share your reading publicly as part of my response or to defend myself.

We ask all clients to approach the reading with an open mind and respect for the process. Any form of disrespect or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Tarot readings are intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice. By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions.
